Brianna, B.S., CPT, Pn1

Brianna is the owner and founder of BriFit Training, where she combines her passion for fitness with science-backed coaching to help clients transform their bodies and minds.

She's an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Nutritionist, with a B.S. in Exercise Science (minor in Psychology).

Bri's fitness journey began during COVID, when she completely transformed her body and discovered something life-changing: the gym didn't just change how she looked, it boosted her confidence and created a powerful positive mental shift. She fell in love with lifting weights, but even more so, with the mental clarity and self-belief that came with it.

Today, Bri lives for that moment when a client hits a goal they once thought was impossible. Helping people reach their full potential and experience the same confidence boost she found is what drives her every day, and what makes her the coach she is.
